Brand new All Qu Lei Lei Art web site goes live
The brand new Qu Lei Lei Art web site, commissioned by the Dadbrook Gallery, has been completed and is now live. The new site is a complete redesign of the original site, implementing many exciting and sleek new features.
The new site showcases one of the Dadbrook Gallery's most impressive artists Qu Lei Lei and houses many images of his work in both thumbnail and large-detail format.
The new web site launched on 3rd December 2010.

Brand new Feng Shui Tips web site design delivered to the Feng Shui Store
The brand new Feng Shui Tips web site design, commissioned by the Feng Shui Store, has been completed and has been delivered. The new site will be a welcome addition to the Feng Shui Store's growing family of web sites designed to bring interesting, informative and useful information about Feng Shui to visitors. The site will be the second Feng Shui Store web site to be maintained in-house.
The new web site design was delivered on 19th November 2010.

Ocelot Solutions deliver the brand new Tong Shu Almanac 2 software to the Feng Shui Store
Ocelot Solutions are proud to announce that the eagerly-anticipated sequel to the Tong Shu Almanac software has been delivered to the Feng Shui Store.
Originally developed in 2008, the Tong Shu Almanac has enjoyed a steady growth in popularity amongst the Feng Shui community. Version 2 includes bug fixes, enhancements and brand new functionality to make it the perfect compliment to it's big brother - The World-leading Academy of Feng Shui 3.
Tong Shu Almanac 2 is Ocelot Solutions' latest addition to the growing suite of software provided to the Feng Shui Store.

Brand new All About Feng Shui web site goes live
The brand new All About Feng Shui web site design, commissioned by the Feng Shui Store, has been completed and is now live. The new site is a welcome addition to the Feng Shui Store's growing family of web sites designed to bring interesting, informative and useful information about Feng Shui to visitors. The site is the first Feng Shui Store web site to be maintained in-house.
Within the first week, the new site was already boasting well over 100 hits per day. That is now steadily growing as the site gains a foothold on the web.
The new web site launched on 19th November 2010.

Brand new Feng Shui Tips and Feng Shui Tips Content Management web sites submitted for client review
The brand new Feng Shui Tips web site has been completed and submitted to the client for review. The site also incorporated a flexible and powerful content management system, allowing the Feng Shui Store to maintain and grow the site without any further development or maintenance costs.
The new web site is targetted for delivery and go-live in early November 2010 (October 2010).

AVG 2011 issues create cause for concern
For several years now, Ocelot Solutions have actively promoted the use of AVG anti-virus software to cleanse and protect home and office computers. Following the release of the latest AVG offering (2011 suite), we are advising customers to download and install the software with caution. It is being widely reported within the IT community that the software has fundamental flaws.
For over a year, Ocelot Solutions have been recommending Microsoft's free offering 'Microsoft Security Essentials'. If you suspect you have an issue following installation of AVG 2011, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a resolution (October 2010).

Ventakil, the first of two brand new web sites commissioned by Fuimus Maintenance Ltd has been completed and is now live. The new site is designed to promote the latest product in Fuimus's catalogue and increase customer traffic.

Following a meeting with the Dadbrook Gallery, Ocelot Solutions are proud to announce that they will be designing a brand new website for one of the Dadbrook Gallery's leading artists, to promote and showcase her work.
The new web site will be similar in style to the two existing Dadbrook Gallery and Qu Lei Lei sites and is targetted for delivery in October 2010 (September 2010).

New Fuimus Maintenance software project and two web sites commissioned
Following a meeting with Fuimus Maintenance Ltd in Bexley during September, we can announce that Ocelot Solutions will be providing a brand new piece of software to maintain workflow of Fuimus's enquiries, right through to invoicing and sign-off. The new software is intended to streamline the complete process and allow more detailed information to be stored against jobs.
Fuimus have also commissioned Ocelot Solutions to build two brand new web sites. The first website is for Fuimus itself. The second site will promote one of Fuimus's latest services (Ventakil).
The new software is targetted for delivery in November 2010, whilst the new web sites should be live by the end of October 2010 (September 2010).

New Ray Smith Motor Services software project commissioned
Following a meeting with Ray Smith Motor Services in late September 2010, we are proud to announce that a brand new piece of software to succeed Workshop Controller has been commissioned.
The new application will maintain the servicing, invoicing and payment processes, as well as providing a more flexible and secure method for logging (and reporting on) servicing, invoicing and stock control data.
The new software is targetted for delivery in November 2010 (September 2010).

The brand new version of the successful Tong Shu Almanac has been delivered to the Feng Shui Store for client testing. The new version contains new functionality which will ensure that its success alongside the World-leading Academy of Feng Shui 3 continues. The new version should be complete for release before the end of September 2010 (September 2010).

The brand new Cavallo web site is now live. Cavallo FM Services are a relatively new company who specialise in "work space design" and they are run by Edoardo Cavallo. The new site launched on 17th September 2010 (September 2010).

Hitman Pro given 10/10 in our anti-malware review
In a recent benchtesting of a range of anti-virus and other security software applications, SurfRight's Hitman Pro came out at the very top, with a stunning perfect 10! Hitman Pro comes in either 32-bit or 64-bit versions, detects infections that many of the high street anti-virus software products failed to and even allows a completely FREE 30-day trial, allowing users to get infected Windows PC's up and running FAST.
We were recently approached by a client who had been assisted by an IT specialist when one of their workplace Windows PCs became a victim of virus and trojan infections. The IT specialist removed the machine and informed them that all data was lost, the system needed rebuilding and it would be a costly job. We advised the client to recover the PC. We then installed Hitman Pro, activated the FREE 30-day trial and successfully removed over THIRTY severe infections, including hidden rootkits.

ProofLab Professional now available for FREE!
One of the first applications developed by Ocelot Solutions (named Ocelot PC Services at the time) was ProofLab. ProofLab allows mass watermarking of images - FAST. The latest version of the software is now available completely free.

Autumn schedule taking shape
It's been a very busy summer for Ocelot Solutions, and the first hints of Autumn don't signal any change in our workload. Ocelot currently have three completed web sites awaiting client approval, two web projects in the September schedule, and two further web projects at the quotation stage. Our software design workload is equally heavy, with new versions of two applications due for completion by the end of this quarter. Our hardware support department is also busy ordering, configuring and supplying new kit. All in all, it's an exciting time and we have only our customers to thank for keeping us busy! (September 2010).

New look Ocelot Solutions web site
Ocelot Solutions can exculsively announce that this web site will be getting a bit of a facelift in time for Christmas 2010. The revamp, originally scheduled for July, but postponed until November because of our busy workload and commitment to delivery of customer solutions, builds on the current style that was introduced at the end of 2009, but introduces some new and exciting features that we're sure you'll love (September 2010).

iOS4 now available for the iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4
The new iPhone operating system (iOS4) has been released and is now available for download from iTunes. The new operating system offers a more stable user experience, limited multitasking and better email account management and handling.
Prior to updating to iOS4, users will need to upgrade iTunes to version 9.2 (June 2010). |

Update to Feng Shui Newsletter Manager software
Ocelot Solutions have released an update to the Feng Shui Newsletter Manager software, which was itself released last month. To download and install the update, simply use the 'Tools>Check for updates' option within the application. Don't forget to restart the application once the update has been downloaded and installed (June 2010). |

Five new iPhone/iPad app projects commissioned
Ocelot Solutions can exclusively announce that a project to develop not one, but FIVE new iPhone/iPad apps has been confirmed.

Dadbrook Gallery to benefit from two software solutions
Ocelot Solutions are proud to announce that they have agreed to provide two new software solutions to the Dadbrook Gallery as part of an overhaul of their business operations. Ocelot Solutions launch CAPTCHA integration for spamming protection on client web sites
Ocelot Solutions are proud to announce that as of April 2010, CAPTCHA functionality is now standard within all client web site projects. CAPTCHA is the graphical representation of a randomly generated sequence of numbers and/or letters and prevents automated scripts from filling clients web site 'Contact us' forms and generating spam (or junk) email. The roll-out began with the new Graydon Music Management web site (April 2010).
