Brand new Fuimus Building Services web site now live
A brand new web site, commissioned by Andrew Bruce of Fuimus Building Services in South East London, has been completed and is now live. The commission was for a site which complimented Fuimus' Ventakil site, providing key information on services available to clients.

Brand new Classic English Tack Room web site now live
A brand new design of the Classic English Tack Room web site, commissioned by Lynn Petersen, has been completed and is now live. The commission was for a site which reflected the classic products available from the organisation, whilst portraying a long overdue, fresh, modern look.

Newport and Co Client Manager software completed
Ocelot Solutions have completed work on a brand new business management tool for Newport and Co accountants in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
The new software allows the organisation to create and maintain a list of clients, as well as timesheet management and accounting report generation. In addition, the software contains mail merge functionality along with a powerful search functionality, making data easy to filter at the click of a button.
As Newport and Co's business requirements change and grow, it is anticipated that the Client Manager will grow and accomodate all of their needs for many years.
The new software was delivered, installed and demonstrated on 10th April 2012. |

Dadbrook Plants Business Manager software completed
Ocelot Solutions have completed work on a brand new business management tool for Dadbrook Plants in Cuddington, Buckinghamshire.
The new software allows Dadbrook Plants to create and maintain a list of clients, products and purchase invoices, maintain stock control, create sales orders and generate sales invoices. In addition, sales invoices can be saved as PDFs and emailed to clients. The software also contains powerful search and reporting functionality, making data easy to filter at the click of a button.
As the business requirements change and grow, it is anticipated that the Business Manager will grow and accomodate all of Dadbrook Plants needs for many years.

Brand new Dwina Gibb web site now live
A brand new web site, commissioned by Dwina Gibb in Oxfordshire, has been completed and is now live. The commission was for a site which reflected Dwina and her passion for writing and art to a greater extent.
The site also has a superb administration section to give Dwina and her staff complete control over the site content and was designed in conjunction with Bronislav Chury (one of our web design partners).

Dadbrook Gallery Database Manager update completed
Ocelot Solutions have completed work on a brand new version (2012.1) of the Dadbrook Gallery Database Manager software originally developed for the Dadbrook Gallery in Cuddington, Buckinghamshire.
The update contains bug fixes, improvements in the Customer section, removal of the redundant news feed functionality and the removal of other redundant code.
The new version allows the Dadbrook Gallery to build and utilise a powerful database
of customers, artists, artwork, exhibitions, materials, customers who have attended exhibitions and when, as well as artwork purchased by customers.
The new software was available from 19th January 2012. |

ConveyanceLink conversion software completed
In December 2011, DC Kaye Solicitors Ltd asked Ocelot Solutions to assist them with exporting existing ConveyanceLink data to a more user-friendly format for everyday maintenance.
The application was required as DC Kaye were no longer intending to use ConveyanceLink for their everyday conveyancing tasks within the office.
We duly tested and delivered the application and it was successfully run live for the first time on 15th January 2012. |

Our Review of 2011 was sent exclusively to all our clients as part of their Christmas pack in December 2011, but will be available for everyone to view from January 1st 2012.
