A brand new Android app has been commissioned by Andrew Bruce of Fuimus Building Services in New Eltham, London. The new app will complement the developing Angel business management tool which is in constant development by Ocelot Solutions. It will allow Fuimus engineers to complete jobs, create safety certificates and deliver documentation to clients whilst on site or in the field. The new app is due for delivery in spring 2015.

Ocelot Solutions have begun development on the new version of the Feng Shui Store's Academy of Feng Shui. The new version will have improved stability and compatibility with Windows 8, a new reporting engine, many bug fixes and minor enhancements as well as some brand new functionality. The new version, which will be distributed as the Academy of Feng Shui 4, is due to begin beta testing in spring 2015.

A brand new iPad app has been commissioned by Jay Newport of Jay Newport & Co in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Jay requires the app to complement the Client Manager software built by Ocelot Solutions back in 2011. The new app is due for delivery in early 2015.


Recently completed software/apps

Ocelot Solutions have completed development of the latest version (v2015.01) of the Angel business management tool for Fuimus Building Services in New Eltham, London. The latest version builds on solid functionality to offer a redesigned front end to users, as well as the introduction of an internal messaging and reminder system, integrated spell-check system, bug fixes and minor enhancements. The next update is already in development and is due for delivery in late February 2015.

Ocelot Solutions have completed development of the second version (v2015.01) of the Job Organiser schedule management tool for Primary Designs in Thame, Oxfordshire. The latest version provides real-time 0.5, 1, 2 and 3-day schedule availability options, as well as allowing existing entries to be saved as sequences and used repeatedly when planning future work. The second update is already in development and is due for delivery in early March 2015.

Ocelot Solutions have completed development of the first version (v2014.01) of the Job Organiser schedule management tool for Primary Designs in Thame, Oxfordshire. The software allows Primary Designs to visually manage jobs for every employee, as well as displaying vital landmark dates and events in one simple, clean view. The first update is already in development and is due for delivery in January 2015.

The software essentially manages Fuimus job acquisision, booking, completion and invoicing process, whilst giving powerful, flexible reporting tools to allow management to oversee progress. The latest version builds on solid functionality to offer a redesigned front end to users, as well as the introduction of an internal messaging and reminder system, tailored alerts, along with many other new features, bug fixes and minor enhancements. The next update is already in development and is due for delivery in January 2015.

Recently completed websites

Ocelot Solutions have completed work on the brand new DC Kaye & Co Solicitors web site and content management system (CMS). The new site is a fresh, modern format, removing complex, multi-level menus and replacing them with a much-simplified structure. The CMS add-on allows all aspects of the site to be maintained by DC Kaye themselves and incorporates a clean, new, simplified interface for fast site updates.

A brand new web site for Will Dawson, an up and coming magician in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, has been completed and went live in early July. The site has an eye-catching design and includes reviews, images and YouTube videos showcasing his amazing talents!

Ocelot Solutions have completed work on a brand new website for James Green, an up and coming musician. The James Green Music website is aimed at promoting James' talent and incorporates an urban design style to reflect his musical roots.

Ocelot Solutions have completed work on an online database for Dadbrook Gallery to catalogue their fine art data. The online database has replaced the Dadbrook Gallery Client Database, which was developed by Ocelot Solutions in 2011.

A revamped website for Catherine Green, of Catherine Green Counselling, has been completed. The revamp is a fresher design, along with new sections and content.

A revamped website for Lesley Kerr-Edwards, of Image In Action, has been completed. The revamp is a more modern design, whilst maintaining their ethos of a clean, easy to use site.

Ocelot Solutions have completed a new site for Emilia Brewer Therapy and Coaching, designed to promote her new business. The new website includes an online appointment booking system, content management functionality and a range of sleek features to ensure Emilia's new business benefits from an online presence from the outset.

Ocelot Solutions have completed a new version of the Flower Gallery website. The site has steadily grown in popularity since it was extensively revamped a number of years ago. The new version is aimed at increasing traffic and making the site more friendly to mobile devices.

A brand new web site has been completed for Pat Barrett of Primary Designs Ltd in Thame, Oxfordshire. The commission was for a sleek new corporate site to complement their existing PD Performance site, which was built by Ocelot Solutions at the tail end of 2012.

Ocelot Solutions have completed a project for DC Kaye Solicitors to provide an online diary system for each of their fee-earners to use. The diary allows appointments to be booked across all three of their branches and immediately displayed to all employees within the organisation. The diary is a secure web application that is designed for access by employees only, whether at the office or on the move.

Ocelot Solutions have completed a new version of the Dadbrook Gallery website. The new site has a simplified look, easier navigation and a new online shop.

The new server provides greater storage capacity, a more secure internal network infrastructure as well as many other benefits over the previous peer-to-peer network used throughout the organisation.

Fuimus Building Services have moved their everyday business operations to the cloud, implementing Microsoft Office 365 services company-wide with Ocelot Solutions playing a key role in the transition. The move is part of Fuimus' continued evolution with the help of Ocelot Solutions into a leading London-based service-management company.
